We carefully wrap and box every item, label everything clearly, and unpack and arrange it exactly where you want it in your new home. Specialty items like artwork, mirrors, and fragile keepsakes get extra attention.

A one-bedroom apartment usually takes 2–4 hours. A three-bedroom home can take 5–8 hours. Factors like stairs, long carry distances, and the amount of packing involved all play a role. We'll give you a realistic time estimate during your free in-home assessment.

Yes — specialty item moving is one of our strengths. We handle pianos, antiques, large artwork, flat-screen TVs, grandfather clocks, and other fragile or high-value pieces with the extra care they deserve. Just let us know what you have during your assessment so we can come prepared.

A few things help the day go smoothly: disassemble large bed frames if possible, clear a path to the door, reserve an elevator if you're in an apartment building, and set aside any items you don't want moved (medications, valuables, essentials bag). We'll walk you through a full checklist during your free assessment.

For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, paint, bleach, ammunition, or perishable food. Plants and pets should also travel with you separately. If you have questions about a specific item, just ask us ahead of time.
